Inversion helps in promoting lymph circulation by decompressing the spine and rehydrating the discs between your vertebrae

3. Spinal disc relief: when someone flips backward by the help of an inversion table then immediately the spine is stretched and stays in linear alignment. This helps in releasing the pressure and increases in space between disc and vertebrae and reduces the pain.
